Pues eso, cuando el saldo es inferior a 5€ te cargan otros 10€ y así sucesivamente. Esto así no puede ser🤔🎚️no se como lo permiten en el App Store. A ver si contesta alguien, veréis como no. Una basura, ladrones

Me habéis quitado dinero de mi tarjeta y jamás conseguí cargar ! Me habéis hecho un cobro de 14€ sin mi consentimiento y en la app no hay forma de solucionarlo ! He tenido que borrar mi perfil con mis tarjetas para que esta gente deje de robarme ! TENGAN CUIDADO NO UTILICEN ESTO ! 🤬🤬🤬

I was given an EV for a rental car. This app has inaccurate price info for the charging stations and several of the charging stations listed as “available” at deal shops had cars parked in front of them and were not accessible.

Tried to change password. Keeps failing. Got a new link, says I got new password. But I still can’t sign in. JUST LET ME PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD!!!!

I love it and all I have to do is plug it in. Once you add your card you are golden. If you find free ones like I have it’s even better :)

The iPad app search field floats in the middle of the map instead of aligning to the bottom. No other way to report the problem except submitting a review?

I’m new to the EV stuff, and like most chargers I cannot just pay, I have to play the game of downloading an app and then giving my debit card info away, just to have it not work. I’m standing in front of 5 chargepoint chargers not being used and the map shows nothing near me, even after clearing out filters. The phone tap doesn’t work. Multiple chargers available but I’m stuck and can’t charge because it’s an app only system. So frustrating!

The app is overall really good. However, the My EV list is outdated and station energy charge pricing is confusing.
