They don't care about your money
I made a claim and the transaction was removed from my account, as if it did not exist and now I have no proof of where my money was taken from. They say there is no transaction.

Horrible Bank
They have a very high monthly fee that you will recieve no benefits fom paying, and there's no way to contact a human person. A computer will give you the phone number to another computer. I waited two weeks for a check that they are now holding for no reason and there's nothing I can do to even get an answer as to why. As soon as it processes I'm withdrawing all my money and closing my account. Awful and useless bank and the customer service it provides is abysmal.
Add a Widget Please <3
I wanted to suggest that Chase Mobile add an option for a home screen widget on smartphones so that you can see your balance at a glance. I added widgets for CashApp and Discover onto my home screen, and realized that Chase didn't have one. I figured I couldn't be the only one that would find this useful.

Excellent bank service and card enquiry assistants!

Simple layout where I can see my balance, pay/transfer whatever I need, and can also monitor my credit plus cash back information without a real hassle.
Payment methods
Nightmare to add two accounts for payment options if they have the same routing number
The website could be better
My old bank had the option of searching for your purchases and deposits. You could search by name. That website was much easier to navigate.

Don’t know why Chase is charging for free atms
