Coupons never work in the app but send all these emails for what exactly

Every time has been either long enough for cold food and melted shakes or wrong items all together and the app gives no way of letting anyone know

I have been actually loving their deep sea double!! I have enjoyed their food and service in Edgewood!! Keep up the great job!!

This place robbed me of my $15. The supervisor never contacted me and corporate can’t help! I ordered on the app my first time and went to pick up my order and they didn’t have fries so I said cancel it. The employee didn’t know how and I didn’t either so I do the next best thing(so I thought) and opened a ticket for my refund. Guess what?! No money, no food, and no one cares! I mean it is absolutely infuriating!

I drove up to the drive thru In homestead Florida on ne 8th street. I pulled up to the drive thru and I was told they weren’t taking any drive thru orders, only online orders or DoorDash. I ordered thru the app and then pulled up to the window just to be told that it would take 20 min to make the food since they had nothing made. “The manager” who spoke over the drive thru window had “just left” and the new guy at the window was left with the order to make. Very good app

It showed several rewards/offers and every one I clicked on said it was invalid. Its very difficult to use.

The app is easy to use but something about the rewards don’t work.
