This app is trash doesn’t work

It use to work just fine when my kids went to elementary school, but since they started going to high school it has suddenly stopped sending notifications as it did previously with message on bus arrival etc. When I checked it, their school district isn’t even listed anymore. Pretty sad for an app out of Waterloo. Maybe ex blackberry developers…

Not able to pass setup screen, it’s stuck on the page with no valid option to select from dropdown for school district and enter quick code no idea what is that. Was working fine few weeks ago 😞

This app was working well up to a few weeks ago. The school district list is incomplete and cannot find the school district needed. Please fix.

My kids go on Brampton school. It’s just stopped working. I delete the apps and uninstalled, but there is no district Catholic school in Brampton Ontario. I cannot find my Kids School there. It’s not working right thank you.

Worked great until last week. Deleted and re added the app and can’t get through. It was useful.

When it’s working it’s very helpful. For a while I wasn’t getting any info, it wouldn’t update the bus location. Then it worked for a while. But now for the last couple of weeks I’m getting an error “Failed to get client disclaimer. Please try again in a few minutes”, and I can’t get past that. Please fix it!

Always stops working for days.

The app does not work. I have to reset my password every time and then it says wrong password. Tried setting up under new password it worked and then said wrong password. What is wrong with this app????

This app is extremely glitchy. It kicked me out, and now it won’t let me sign back in. Says my passwords don’t match. So, I created a brand new account and it also wouldn’t let me log in. Aye. Fix the app.
