Today the app keeps crashing on iOS devices. When I needed to retrieve the voucher from the app, it keeps crashing!

Chope points expiring but the reward items are fully redeemed. No response when feedback was made. No trail of the feedback made as well.

Scam F&B app - points cannot be redeemed !!
My points are now up to 1000 Chope points. I have been checking to redeem cash vouchers with the points but on the app all cash vouchers are sold out and it has been like this for over a month! Meanwhile the points collected has an expiry date. My 300 Chope points will expire 30 June 2024 and until today I still cannot redeem cash vouchers as promoted on the app. Never again will I book restaurants on this app. No point warning points which you can never redeem! Scam marketing to get users and entice you with points for benefits but it’s all BS!!! Don’t trust app!

Program seems one-sided
Regular user of the chope app and hv accumulated a worthy set of points. Yet unable to redeem any voucher as constantly “fully redeemed” and some points are due to expire unilaterally despite my unsuccessful attempts to use them 😑😑😑😑
