Complaint
App is unstable and resulted in duplicated purchase of Chope vouchers, twice!!!
Full of bugs
Constantly crashes and changes booking metrics.
Unable to cancel reservation
Was unable to cancel Prive ACM despite trying more than 12 hours before appointed time. Calling Prive number does not work either - was put on hold and their option to leave. Message does not work.
Difficulty in navigating app
App has became difficult to navigate around. So many steps just to make a simple reservation at a restaurant of my choice.
Fantastic customer service
Heard good things about Chope and decided to give it a try for my wedding anniversary dinner. Booked two pax for buffet dinner at the Estate. But I carelessly booked wrong dates not once but twice 😅 Chope support team and Caramay was kind enough to help me with getting a refund for my mistaken purchase. Really grateful for the help rendered.
Nothing to redeem
Everything is fully redeemed and yet Chope dollars can’t be extended. This is ridiculous.
