Zero respect to your privacy
I have not authorized Chope to access my other activities. I’m shocked that they have traced my booking on another app. I can’t proceed without cancelling the other booking. Even after I’ve cancelled booking on the other app. Its info is still not refreshed and I can’t proceed with booking on Chope as they think I’m double booking. Very irritating experience!
Much better than openrice
The app have more birthday booking and it’s instantly confirmed without calling the restaurant. Wonderful!!

Have fantastic deals every month, easy to book a table in last minute and always give me new ideas where to eat

Don’t answer emails - there was a transaction that I didn’t make in my card which I disputed.

在预定的时候在局限了，没有信用卡就不能预定了吗，吃个饭，还要填写那么多信息

Can’t find where to review choice of rewards! Can’t find where to do redemption! No responses from staffs for questions! Very very bad !
