Chope keep crashing

IPhone 8 Plus, software 13.2.3 My Chope app keep crashing and unable to load. I hv bought vouchers and it has expired as I couldn’t log in to the app to utilise it. I hv points expiring soon. Please help to fix!! Please!!!

Great for making bookings easily while saving money

I rarely write reviews but thought i would for Chope after a really good experience at one of their restaurants. I would never have had the opportunity to try out this new place if not for these guys so thank you!
