Trouble with the log in process
I can use my phone for chatting and my social medias to post videos or chatting, but i can’t log in to chope, it’s always loading.

Poor CS & Business SOP
I’ve been a Chope user for many years now and suddenly my account got suspended from redeeming Chope points because “i made too many bookings in a short period of time”. For context, they’re referring to my max of ~1-2x per week booking. I’m not a Platinum member, clearly my booking volume can’t be that much. I reached out to CS and they asked me to provide proof of bill/ credit card charges for the last 10 bookings made. My confused self tried to explain to the CS agent that this SOP made no sense. Reservation confirmation should be done on merchant side so they can confirm customers don’t make fake bookings just to get points. Mark them as no show and points won’t be granted. CS agent didn’t budge and insisted that I give proof. Look, I can entertain this request but, with this logic, Chope is technically punishing their most loyal customers with acc suspensions & additional admin work to rummage through their credit card statements. Clearly not a the platform to keep for primary use.

Voucher gone!
Don’t buy voucher here, it’s not something that you can keep for long period of time, they put short term expire date on it. Such a misspending.
