Overall great customer service, nice clean environment, and not overly crowded.

I don’t know why?

Is the first time I come with my family since 10 years ago. And very honest I don’t know why the service is confused. I had to wait 4 minutes to access because no body was in the entrance. Then I try to use a gift card to purchase a play pass card and the cashier had to reset her machine to purchase pay it. I ask 2XL and only came XL. I didn’t want to discuss with the employee. I’m very sorry but I feel upset to bring my family. I’m not angry. Im upset Thank you for letting me leave my feedback…
