Can’t go to main menu
Each I I need to register my debit card to access my account! Cimb needs to improve the app . Disappointing
Poor user experience
The current mobile app is not usable. Too much messy and confusing user experience. To view my account details and balance i am displayed a screen to activate notification alerts which i can't skip. Please use some common sense for the user navigation and user experience.
The new OneApp
The new App is really amazing, new design and functionality looks amazing
Worst App
In this era, where all banks are upgrading there user interaction and bring it to next level. CIMB still stuck with the worst app offered to customers. I lost the count of how many times this app hangs. I have CIMB account since 2016 and I love there customer service whenever I visit there branch but this app , wow I can’t think of polite words to express my disappointment. How I wish I can rate them less than 1 star.
Very poor and slow performance
You said fix login page issue but in real it is not fixed.

Difficult to open after update
Really Bad application in my life time wasting my time always
App screen not optimised for iPhone X
It’s not using full iPhone X screen. Also, it hangs several times on login screen with loading animation.
Not logging in
App got updated a week back and since then I'm trying to login !! Once TAC is typed and submitted, nothing happens :((
