Good & Simple
Remittance feature is good, however it would be much convenient for the user if there is a pop up before you proceed like “when to remit - to get same day transfer to receiver banks”. Bec. sometimes user not that well informed of this kind of stuff and it might delay some bill payments. Thankss!
Secure TAC Issue
Thought it would be easier w/ secure tac but it always deactivates whenever i log in to the app then will ask me to reactivate again. Happens every time. Became more time consuming and complicated. Overall is ok, just this new secure tac which supposedly make it less hassle. Please check. Thank you.
