Very bad functionality, unable to use properly, very badky designed

Need to login in the web and approve in the mobile apps. After ready to transfer, it will direct to cimbclicks apps and the apps loading until the time set finish. This is so super slow apps to respond. Please improvise otherwise i will need to change my salary bank. Thank you.

Why so many notifications
The app says I have 13 notification but when I open the app, there are no notifications. What’s going on?
One of the worst banking apps
I hope someone from CIMB sees this. The app is so unresponsive, slow and not at all easy to use. They can definitely do better!

Difficult to use. Can’t copy paste account numbers. Maybank2U is superior

The worst banking app
This is the worst banking app on record, period. Trying to transfer funds is incredibly difficult and frustrating. I waited for a TAC from the app that never came. You used to be able to get the TAC directly from the website, why change it? You cannot close the app or go back. It does not fit the screen. 2 hours trying to transfer funds and counting. Please sort this mess out.

Why did you remove the option of passwords in keyboard when logging in? You know the passwords shortcut in your keyboard just in case you forgot - it was there since 2015. Why was it removed??? The whole app is stupidly bloated and doesn’t feel like a banking app anymore with its promotions and games, now you’re even removing basic things! Amazing crew lah your whole design and development team, semua otak udang. You’re better off paying $100 to developers in India and get a better app.
