Should really be improved
If I do transactions online, I will not get the push notification eventhough I have activated the secureTAC option. I cannot scroll down to the bottom of the app page to cancel transactions. Only approve. (I use an Iphone XR). That is also sometimes buggy. I need to use two hands to press the approve button. One to scroll up and hold the page and the other to quickly click on the approvw button. Besides that, there doesn’t seem to be an option to view different transaction dates (viewing transacton 30 days, 60 days, 90 days before etc.) The app also randomly crashes and logs me out. The app feels cheap and unfortunately feels like a second thought. It also tries to look and feel the cimbclicks website but I don’t think it should. It should be an app for a phone!
Such a badly developed app
Buggy and the securetac feature doesn't really work. I wanted to make a transaction online and I was waiting for the push notification for the securetac but it never came.
Touch ID error.
Cannot activate touch id on my iphone 6. I always get an error message.
Old and crashy.
The title says already how the app feels like. You cannot use TAC on mobile anymore, because the app just crashes and quits.

Please fix all the bugs. So hard to use. Not user friendly at all.
Not responsive/ cant click button
Ive been using Cimb Clicks for years. But for the past 2 months, I encounter issue to log in as the button can not be clicked. I need to try back and forth several times for it to work.
Cimb version: 6.1.112
Environment: ios 17.1.2
Time frame: nov - dec 2023
Not nice to use
Everytime using cimb bank not smooth, need to click 2-3 times, and the layout is very not clear
12 hour need to wait
I am literally disappointed with this app. I need to wait for 12 hour to login after update this app totally ridiculous. FIX IT!!!!
