secure id is a total garbage, you will need to wait 30 seconds for it to expiry before you can continue with sms otp from the browser. The problem with secure ID is that you will need to logon to the mobile app where Touch ID is not working. After login, the browser session said another login has been detected and log me out. Pls tell me how can I use secure id in this case from browser? Added the following after developer feedback. It’s seems that the developer does not understand my comment. I did receive SecureTag, once I login to CIMB clicks, it will logout the browser screen, cancel the transaction and there is nothing for me to approve
Love and easy to use, easy communicate with customer service
Secure ID doesn’t work anymore. Touch/Face ID also doesn’t work anymore. Every time have to relogin from scratch. Secure ID never prompt!
So lousy, can’t login most of the time. After years, why isn’t there any improvement on this app?!!!

I would agree with other reviewers. The app is not even close to be called a banking app. Not responsive, i have to touch 2-5 times for keyboard to open or select bank of dropdown to open. Yes I have reinstalled application at least 3 times and updated. My new device is registered but I cant transfer money because of legend “unexpected error” shows no option to register a new device nor does allow TAC request. I mean seriously? Past account number not supported. From one pane to other takes 5 tries. Out of all my transaction app this is the worst I have ever tried. If you cannot support advancement, keep it to basics and alteast have a working app. The only use of this application is to view balances- very smart.
This app is plagued with problems. Frequently doesn’t log in, frequently will not allow me to make payments. Really hit and miss - cannot be relied upon. I only use it because of course there is no choice if you want to access your CIMB account on your cell phone.
Why is it so difficult if you didnt test properly dont launch it..
