App has a lot going for it, but the increasingly limited authentication options now make it very difficult to use when you need to access it from alternative devices - which is often exactly when you most need to.
The app doesn’t work most of the time and crashes a lot. The app is the reason why I left EE.
This App will make you go crazy. Try to add On a bundle by using your available credit. It only takes to your Credit card to load. Honestly very badly done App, without any testing.
Got to be the worst mobile provider app going. Sends you through a browser to top up and the app doesn’t reload if you leave it (which you have to to for OTP’s). Honestly, this app is a war crime.

Could not create an account. Had to get support to fix the account and associate the phone number. The transfer from the app to the website gives you an error and you have to log in again. Cancel option does not show up but Pause does and no indication if pause is the same as cancel. After going out of app and back into it several times, Cancel appeared where the Pause was!
Very easy to use and also we can get updated information regarding usage of minutes and data.
