Poor design & crashes a lot

The app doesn’t work most of the time and crashes a lot. The app is the reason why I left EE.

Unprofessionally done

This App will make you go crazy. Try to add On a bundle by using your available credit. It only takes to your Credit card to load. Honestly very badly done App, without any testing.

Can’t top up in app

Got to be the worst mobile provider app going. Sends you through a browser to top up and the app doesn’t reload if you leave it (which you have to to for OTP’s). Honestly, this app is a war crime.

EVERY time I log in, there is a problem, and it is impossible to see what calls or data use is

This app hardly ever works. Took many tries to create an account & it never allows me to log in

Excellent design and navigation.

Early versions were rather clunky, particularly during the transition from T-Mobile and Orange. And there are still a few things that require a web login, which can be a bit of a nuisance. But almost everything else about the app has really improved.

Continue plan for next 30 days

Not sure I understand your definitions that would make it easy to “roll over” my expiring plan to a continuation of a further 30 days😢

Works but buggy

Could not create an account. Had to get support to fix the account and associate the phone number. The transfer from the app to the website gives you an error and you have to log in again. Cancel option does not show up but Pause does and no indication if pause is the same as cancel. After going out of app and back into it several times, Cancel appeared where the Pause was!

Convenient

Very easy to use and also we can get updated information regarding usage of minutes and data.
