The included luggage is written in very small font at the bottom of the page, very far from the extra luggage. But when you call to ask for refund or voucher they refuse to help.

I hv frequently been taking citilink, but most of the time apple application does not work properly. Simple basic function is to register our flight as such I can check in, set reminder, and claim milleage. But it is always claim milleage later as app has never be able to recognize flights.
