The CitiManager App for Citi Commercial Cards enables you to use your iPhone or iPad to access key account data on the go for your corporate card. Within the app you can view your statement information, balances, available credit, and more. Enhanced security measures include biometric authentication and one-time password (OTP) for login where available. In order to provide users with the quickest and most convenient experience possible, the CitiManager App provides all the basic features for corporate cardholders. Specifically, all cardholders can:
• View account summaries
• View previous account statements
• View current accounts
• View recent transactions
• View payment history
• Receive Push notifications from CitiManager

Additionally, certain functionalities are available to cardholders in select markets:
• View PIN
• Activate new cards
• Pay their bills
• Post and view comments
• View Ancillary Service charge details for passenger transport booked using a Citi corporate card
• View supplier and invoice detail for select Citi corporate card programs
• Biometrics authentication of ecommerce transactions
• First time login via OTP
• Dual currency display of account balances

Activating card

The most useless app I’ve ever used

Worst corporate credit card

This bank is rudimentary. Hopeless

Frustrating to use

I found the One-Time Password feature impossible to use on an iPhone 7. The terms and conditions are so long that the keyboard blocks the continue button. By the time the keyboard disappears, the password has timed out. Also, they don’t have a usable way of submitting problem reports or enhancement suggestions, so every problem must be a public comment in the Apple App Store. Enhancements/problems should be accessible in the app.

Easy to use

I have updated the app and noted the changes implemented. Fixes have been put in place and have no problems using it. Extremely useful for when I was travelling for work, the alerts are great as I received them on low limit, every transactions. Thanks.

Expect better from a bank

App is slow and have to tap many times in username and pw box to try and get keyboard up.

Too many bugs

The log in function is very temperamental. I click in to the bar to enter my username but it doesn’t do anything, the keyboard doesn’t come up so I have to hard shut the app and try again

Terrible banking app

Continual technical issues making it very hard to log in, including asking security questions every single time. Basic operation functionality is apparently a stretch

Poor quality minimal features

Prompts your connection is not secure you must update. There is no upgrade so this app does not work Indicative of poor quality and so and untrustworthy financial app Missing info on how to pay bills.
