Extremely useless app and it never shows my card and the customer service can’t help for fix it.

Changing password doesn’t work
Trying to change password from temporary to a new one meeting all the requirements. Despite that it requires a special character which there is one. Insufficiently tested clearly an there is also no way that I find to report bugs in app or Citi’s webpage.
Useless
The app is requested to activate my corporate card. It doesn’t recognise the name and card number… So I can’t activate my card.
Can’t pay the bills with this app
Can’t pay/see the bill with this app, so it does not serve the main purpose from my part.
So buggy it’s unusable
So buggy it’s unusable. Makes you wonder: If this is how they do IT quality assurance and Citi, would you really want to entrust you with your financial things?
Buggy
The apps hangs when I try to specify login details.
