This app is not capable of keeping sync with the login data on the phone. Complete changing the password etc did not fix the problem. After the reset it works and on next day’s login it fails?!
To primitive and doesn’t add any value. You only have two option; you can see your current payment. Not search on history payments. It gives a bug if you want to activate the card. I would not recommend it, because it doesn’t really add any value.
App doesn't even start anymore. With a fresh download nothing happens when starting the app.
Instant crash
Does what a bankapp needs to do. Few suggestions: Enable sorting by reversed date Add a functionality to allow users to tag transactions after expenses are done so that i can see if there are still items that needs to be included in my expense report.
Can’t login as 2fa fails to send an sms. In previous versions. Overviews are utterly confusing, one should show in the app what should be paid when. The overview only states the total spend, without any clear indication on when what needs tombe paid.
Dear, I miss support for password management apps. Also the limitation of 9 characters is very short for a password and the limitation does not bring added security to the app. Though without the support of a password management app I understand. To me this is a basic app which has I added value to me yet, but even without more functions it should at least take security seriously and you can start by adding support for a password app.
I receive an email about the app because I have a CITI credit card. It says with everything I enter the information does not match their records... Look at the “contact us” details: I get an empty page! Except for a title formatted as a link but it does not link to anything? Is this real? Does senior management know someone is seriously messing up their reputation? From a bank I expect something more than an app that could have been written by a 9 year old. Scary.
Does not work with password apps, has recently got a login loop (error 500) where you can’t get out, offered functions are really, really limited and it does not scale properly to iPhone X. Citi, being one of the largest banks globally.. I don’t understand this..
