To compliment an exceptional product, the developer provides truly exceptional support, not just once but consistently every time. Codebook is a solid, excellent product and support is not often needed but when it is it is just as excellent as the product. Fast response time (often same day) is really appreciated and (unlike some other product support resources) is focussed and specific to the issue, resulting in quick resolution.

Excellent application
I've been using Codebook for several years, on my desktop, laptop and phone. The price for each installation is reasonable, and there is no subscription fee and (so far) no fee for major upgrades. Highly recommended.
Codebook
Codebook meets all of my requirements and is very straight forward and easy to use, both my wife and I use Codebook on a daily basis.
On another note, the customer support group is excellent. They are very quick and responsive when you reach out with a problem.
I recommend this product without hesitation!

Big disappointment
Paid for the full version long time ago and was using it with my wife to store all password. With new update, she now has to purchase the Pro version in order to use the sync feature. Frustrating to repay for something I had already paid for the same features.
Great service!
I’ve used Codebook for awhile & thought it was a great product. However, I had a problem with the latest update to version 3.60. I contacted customer support thinking I’d get a reply in a day or 2, but literally minutes after I sent the email I got a reply back which solved my problem! Great customer service, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.
Lost mastercode
I have years of important passwords stored on this app. However some glitch happened and my Touch ID wouldn’t work. I don’t recall my Masterpass code. So I can’t open and can’t resync the new app after deleting old app. So this app is totally useless.

Would be 5 star if we could save PDF and videos and photos.
