Notifications don’t work properly
This would be a fine app if the notifications worked properly. When setting up notifications for things like “low balance alert” they are only triggered after opening the app. Making them pointless.
Don’t expect it to work too often
Unreliable. App doesn’t work that well. Mostly says sorry unavailable right now please try again later. Very annoying
Problems with mobile deposit
I’ve been very happy with the app until recently. Even with the latest version update I still cannot take pictures for mobile deposit. Hope this can be remedied soon.
Unable to Sign In
When signing in the app wants to call my phone. For some reason the text option is not enabled. So,I selected call. The inbound call is from a number in Hungary (maybe Orban keeps tabs on this data) and I am prompted to press 1 to accept sign in or 3 to reject. Pressing 1 never works.
Used to work.
Can’t deposit checks on mobile. It’s says to rotate device to deposit but no matter what way I rotate it nothing happens. Needs to be fixed.
Mobile check deposit not working
App used to work well until the most recent update about 2-3 months ago. Now mobile check deposit isn’t working so now I’m looking at leaving CCU for some evil yet reliable large bank.
