Cant remove item from bag, keeps logging me out, overall really buggy. Need to improve

The app kept kicking me out, made payment but kept getting refunded, after successfully made payment, it won’t let me view my purchase, kept saying not found. Very buggy and overall super annoying app

Cannot checkout and make payment, it kept saying csrf token mismatch with both home delivery and store delivery. And i kept on getting logged out when i went out of the apps. Orang nak buat apps, kau nak buat apps. Tapi haprak. Pecat je lah developer kau tu.

App wont let me make payment. Keeps saying bad gateway or issue with processing payment. Please fix.

I have trouble with switching apps. During checkout, I need to fill up the address detail. I switched to notes to copy the address and go back to Cotton On apps, everything is gone. I try again with pre-copy my address and when I already at the payment page, I need to switch again to the bank apps to approve transactions. And when I comeback its gone again.

Ugh I’m sure it’s good but not a single page is loading not signing it not the home page not the search page nothing!! Do you guys know why???

Find the app frustrating, every time I go to use the app without fail I need to log back in again, persist the login details or the expiry is far too short

I’ve looked everywhere on the app to log this but for sometime now if an item in your cart becomes unavailable you can’t remove it and you can’t proceed to purchase the remaining of your cart that is in stock - really frustrating The speed of the app when searching and viewing items is amazing however
