unusable app constantly breaks and goes onto white screen, cant do anything, it’s so frustrating i just deleted it

Half the time doesn't let me add to cart, doesn't let me remove anything from cart, usually doesn't even let me checkout. Always logging me out and crashing. I don't even spend any money here anymore because the app doesn't work🤷🏻‍♀️

Been using this app for a while and it’s never had problems but lately it’s been logging me out and always says my password is incorrect. Quite annoying I’m always having to reset my password

You can’t remove anything from the cart. So frustrating!

Unable to remove unwanted items from my cart so I cannot complete my purchase.

I am currently having major issues with the website AND app across multiple devices. I cannot remove ANYTHING from my cart in any way no matter how many times I try or how many devices I attempt this.. I can’t even click onto the item and then reduce quantity from the item page. I can’t even empty my cart and start again! PLEASE FIX THIS! Removing items should not be this hard.

Once something is added to cart it won't let me remove. I also can't buy anything from my cart. Sometimes the descriptions for items don't work. Has been happening for months

I can’t log in when I use the app I always press log in and it keeps taking me to a page that says it’s been deleted and then it’s like I have to re activate the app all over again I also pressed it before when I was trying to put my account on the app at the start and it made me reset my password? So sad bc I love cotton on.

The new change to the app is so bad. Big step back. For example I go to the top category I click on a top, I then click the back button and it goes back to the home page or it goes back up to the top I have to scroll all the way back down again. It lags , i don't even want to shop on the app anymore it's such a hassle.
