Can’t get enough love it

This is a repeat order on basis that the size on my original order proved to be too small. I have shopped with Cotton Traders for years years and have always found 2XL to be a good fit. I also have found the Guinness brand a more consistent quality. On this occasion I ordered a 2XL shirt and an XL . The 2XL shirt was Out of Stock in the second shirt. In the past the 2XL has been a generous fit , so rather than miss out I took a chance on the smaller fit. Surprisingly both the sized shirts were on the small side, with seemingly very little difference in their size. Thinking it might have been me I checked the fit against an old shirt I have of yours, a 2XL which I have to say has exceeded all expectations from a longevity standpoint, and both the new shirts were far smaller in size. I have now ordered 3XL in two new shirts as one of the originals was Out of Stock. Availability also now seems to be coming more of an issue with yourselves in the popular sizes?? I do hope this idea . together with poor fit is not going to become a thing of the future. I have been a loyal Customer over the years and have always been impressed by the good fit and indeed quality, particularly of the Guinness brand. I would hate to think you are beginning to go down the route of so many suppliers these days whereby standards are compromised in the name of cost savings etc. Yours disappointly Maurice Weavers

Once I had items in my bag it suggested using your App which I then did. Only to find my order duplicated. Then address left out my town so Zi had to mess about deleting address & manually putting in. Told Gold member but no opportunity to add this to my details. I have placed my order but felt not as easy as should be.

I have previously been a Cotton Traders customer and now I’ve put a new order for 5 shirts. The only problem I had was putting my date of birth. It wouldn’t accept my date of birth which is 25/12/1955. Your computer just wouldn’t accept a customer born on that date! Neil Sparkes 27 February 2024

App quite strange when you have to check out then the waist sizes display

I wore these for the first time yesterday on a long shopping trip, I wanted to test them to see how many times I’d need to yank them up and I didn’t once! So pleased I’ve ordered another shorter pair to wear with flat shoes, they look good too
