I signed up for a year subscription through T-mobile. Every time I tried to use it, there was a pay wall. What a piece of garbage.

I signed up for a 1 year promotion for I think $2 to see if I liked it but I never used it so I didn't want to renew but I still got charged 134.69 and I can't find anyway to contact anyone to dispute this charge on my card.

I never found this app helpful to me, I stopped using it and when I was not notified of my renewal. They changed me 2x of the gold membership fee. They are the worst service I have ever experienced

I paid the 1.79 for a year and after 2 weeks they logged me out and erased my log in so that I would have to register again and lost all my stuff. So I rate them a zero. I would not recommend this app to no one

Membership has few privileges. Most of the classes will cost you extra.

The app keeps rejecting credentials despite I can log in with same credentials from the browser which is super annoying I will never renew my membership

When you subscribe to this be aware that you can’t cancel should it not be right for you. It is a good service but wasn’t for me. Now I’m stuck with it. Please beware amd make sure you’re not going to want to cancel before you join. Now I’m stuck with a mistaken purchase

Every time I try to login to the app, a new strong password populates the password entry and I can’t enter my existing password. I’ve tried changing my password, same issue.

Be car refill with this app. Because they let phone number to call to help but do not work. If you want to delete your account they do have the delete button but it work if you lucky. I sent them email to cancel my account but no body answer .

I love this app and the classes are very educational. I look forward to trying new crafts.
