Craftsy is constantly blowing up my email inbox. Tried to find email preferences in the app settings so that I wouldn’t have to completely unsubscribe, but there were no options. All or nothing. I had to unsubscribe. One time per week and I would probably read the emails. Every day and I just delete them because they are a nuisance.
I have been a ,ember for several years no. I love that I have access to a broad spectrum of crafts! I’ve learned to knit, draw, paint with watercolours, bake and learn calligraphy. The videos are excellent and the support I received for any issues has been exceptional. I also love that I can share this with three friends.

I subscribed when the service was 1$ or 2$ I tried it once or twice and didn't find it usefull at all.. YouTube has better courses than what they provide for free they took 97$ from my account and refuse to refund even when I cancelled my account and stopped the subscription in the first day.
Sick website. No refund and didn’t even informed me before hand. All about taking other people’s money.
do not give refunds. If you decide to buy a subscription turn of autorenew.
Beware. They have you sign up for a low fee account with an autrenew. The auto renew charges your credit card for the premium account and they have a strict no refund policy. I was told I could turn off the auto renew and have not been able to locate a place to do this. The videos are choppy and don’t flow well so you can never really see the content. To top it off, even after charging a yearly subscription fee you still have to pay to access tutorials. Don’t waste your time or money. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would.
Terrible app, the videos in a class do not automatically flow, you hit the next video icon and a completely different class starts playing. It is very frustrating to try to use this app. The menu does not always appear so you need to reload the app and spend time searching for it. Why have an app that has so many glitches in it?
There is no menu option for the Great Courses and I can’t search for them. The app is s..l..o..w.
The app just froze. Driving me crazy which is so sad, I hate the fact that you can’t go back to what you were watching and have to hunt it down. Needs to be fixed or I am done
