Worst of the lines
Of all the cruise lines this is the worst. It barely worked and no one could book shows or meal reservations.
Stopped working
This app just stopped working on Dec 22 and continues to be down. That is disappointing as many of the features in this app are not available in the new app.
Ease of Use
I used the app on my last cruise on Norwegian Prime. The cruise was not up to NCL standards or what I remember. I use the app a bit then, but I think I like it better now. I look forward to using it on my upcoming cruise on the Escape in May. I think you worked on the app and have made it better and much easier. Great job.
Good information but very slow
The new NCL app has a lot of well organized info, however it is practically useless because it is so slow. And I have a fast internet connection with an iPhone 15 pro.

Website is horrible!. Unable to make any upgrades or sign up for spa’s or excursions.
Disturbed Sleep
Cabin seems to be above the Engine Room. Mid sea, we hear loud thumps, and it’s impossible to get sleep. Also requested three separate persons for a firm pillow, but no one got back with a response. Very poor service
Luke Warm Garbage
Might be the worst cruise app for communications with your family.
