i use apple iphone 13 mini, cannot login coz theres a checkbox and keyboard completely covers it while typing password.. ohh and btw why are charging extra in india location 14 dollars is supposed to be 1100 something but 3999 is highly unaffordable.. thats more than a month of groceries..deleted the app was curious by the ads
I cannot afford it
The video quality is poor and whenever I try to change the video quality the video starts from the beginning. And include the option for aspect control as viewing in iPad is hindered with 40% of the screen is empty.
Curiosity will renew subscription without your consent , without sending any prior email notice about the upcoming renewal and won’t even send u any invoice or update email after auto renewing your subscription. Worst thing, their customer care/ social media handles will not respond to any of your mails, or messages. Can’t afford to call US from my country. They burned a hole silently. Extremely unprofessional n scummy.
Have a subscription and has been watching content for past 1 year. Suddenly stopped working. Keeps saying check your Internet connection. Please resolve.
Even though I have paid for the annual plan, I am unable to stream the content beyond two minutes. Most of the times it throws an error. Please resolve this issue asap!
I tried to get the annual membership of the app, meanwhile the got deducted from my account and couldn’t able to complete the sing up. Please suggest what to do.
After the latest update, the app crashes while trying to open it. When taping the icon, the app opens up to just the CuriosityStream stream logo, stays like that for maybe 20 seconds and then crashes.
The content is top notch and there are no doubts about that. But the app is buggy , even the play/ pause button fails to work at times and it also doesn’t record where we left off some times.
The video is cropped significantly in landscape mode on iPad
