Reconsider paying for access to this platform, they will rob you and ignore your emails when you are trying to resolve the issue. On the top of that the content on the platform is pathetic, there is virtually nothing to watch. For that reason they don't offer refunds, for the ones who as me took the bait.

I’m experiencing issues both on iPhone and Samsung tv - the thumbnails are not loading so i can’t really see and browse anything. Tried reloading, signing in, reinstalling and nothing seems to help.

but a „create an account (and pay in USD)” system as far as I can see. So, if you wanna cancel your USD subscription, you probably have to write to the customer service instead of easily tap cancel directly in the app. Not to mention your bank charges a currency conversion fee every time a subs renews. Pity, as I can see I would tremendously enjoy the content, but I am not willing to create an account (i. e. give away my name and email to a GDPR non-compliant country/countries) just to see *if maybe* a subscription process is different that what it looks to be.

The app works correctly, the picture quality is perfect. I just wish space on iPad’s keyboard would pause/play.

I just got CuriosityStream two days ago and it’s my favorite thing ever and best spent 15$ of my life! Safe to say I’m not watching ad-filled YouTube anytime soon. THERE ARE some bugs though. Sometimes if I switch apps the screen freezes, sometimes it shows the previous program I watched. That happens only if I switch apps, but that’s a pretty normal thing on a phone. I’m still giving 5 stars because the content is JUST SO COOL.

I like the concept of such documentary platform, but technicaly are few problems. First on my samsung smart tv it does not play movies which is major minus ... App loads but curiosity logo pukse and nothing hapoens. Iphone 6s * full screen does not work, I mean after long molesting the screen in it’s place works but this is not the right way * comming soon...

I don’t get it. Why can’t you remove things from “Keep Watching”? It gets so cluttered and absurd. What’s the deal? Am I missing something?

Calling this content educational demeans anyone who ever learned anything. Lame content, pathetically bad app. None of the content has a dateline; I’m not going to waste my time watching science shows without knowing when they were made. It’s such basic information that it’s absence makes me think they don’t want us knowing how outdated their content is.

Tons of interesting shows with constant interesting additions. Reasonable price. They even have an option of a lifetime subscription. My only real complaint that navigation is terrible and the app feels clunky to what competition offers. I also wished if they could add “Watch random stuff” button.

Buffers a minute into videos and doesn’t continue playing. No other service - that I’ve tried - does this.
