This App just does not work. Are you using your own App? Selecting a season of any show does not let me play any of the episodes.

AVOID The app won’t load any videos at all. 100% of the videos show a “Error loading video. Try again.” message. I’m on an M1 iPad, so it’s not an issue of an old device, and all other streaming content works perfectly, so it’s not a matter of my internet connection / network. Maybe you’ll have more luck than me but, given my experience, I can only recommend that you not take your chances.

I love all the content on this app but it CONSTANTLY crashes. I’ve had this app for a couple years now because when I can get content to watch, I really enjoy it, but why isn’t it fixed yet? Ready to cancel and not come back.

I cancelled it after a month because I never used it, but a year later it charged me almost $50 without notifying me, there is no one I can contact, the email they provide does not come up when I type it in and the chat bot gives you three useless articles

I got the app during the pandemic to have educational content on streaming. It’s a lot like what discovery channel used to be when it was more focused on the sciences. I really enjoyed the Egypt series with Bettany Hughs. The app could have better descriptions about the show to be able to dig deeper into a topic. Also, I felt that the business content was lacking. I had a few billing issues but their customer support was great and got me sorted.

The content is so great but the app SUCKS SO BAD. Please fix it.

Seriously? No background play? Get with it guys, every single other streaming service can play in the background.

I was lulled by the low annual cost but won’t be renewing. I have Chromecast and using the app is highly annoying. Every single time something goes wrong. If I cast something, then minimize the app and re-open it while streaming the show often restarts from the beginning. My watch later list short circuits when I delete a title, sometimes duplicating parts of my list or randomly deleting titles which reappear when I open the app again. The list goes on and on. The content offered is good quality and fits with my interests but you couldn’t pay me to keep using this streaming service, especially since there are so many other options.

The app is complete trash and doesn’t work. Save yourself some money and don’t subscribe.
