Forgot pin feature broken

Long lines at branch, tel line that leads you in circles, and an app where key features are broken. Is this CS in 2022?

Developed by primary school kids?

Is the solution planned and programmed by primary school kids? I get logged out/timeout from the app more than I go to the toilet in a day

Gets logged out

Don’t even think it deserves 1 star but no 0 star option. Every time I login to make a transaction, be it add new payee or make one time payment, as soon as I click next I get logged out. All the text messages came in and I couldn’t even proceed even after I re-login. I tried at least 4-5 times and it was a great pain. Still using token as I’m so skeptical to switch to mobile app. I have no problem transacting on ibanking.

I hate your new keyboard!!

Please bring back the standard iOS keyboard on login screen!! I cannot login without mistyping my username at least once!! 😫😖😤😩

Most of times the App stuck and not moving getting to pages.

Cannot open in IOS 14！
