Unable to use app in 2nd Device. App forces users to setup digital token (no option to skip) when logged in on a new / 2nd Device. Even if i already have digital token setup on my main device - there is no option to skip this. Preventing users from being able to use the application in more than 1 device
I have change my second iPhone and set up again in the new phone. It takes me about few minutes. It was easy and very helpful. Thanks a lot👍😘
Ever since I switched my mobile to Iphone 13, this app works like an intern project. I need to queue infront of Chaipeng for 5min just to keep re logging into the app. Whenever I’m near to scan and pay, for security reason it kicks me out again. BRAVO

After upgrading my phone Face ID login stop working. Tried deleting the app and to no avail. All other banking app works.
From the day 1 I started using this app until today I find it very convenient and user-friendly. With just few clicks I manage to get my transaction done.. simply easy and highly recommended app for safety & security..
System keeps hanging. What’s the point of having the convenience of an app, but not convenient at all in terms of use? I believe DBS can do better. Single transaction can take me 10 minutes.
