I need to enter a reference code when paying money to my Philip trading account but app doesnt allow this

Very clunky
Consistently crashes and logs you out. Also why does the soft token never apply to payments? Very frustrating to use

Rubbish doesn't work well
The 'authenticate now' box on the login page is inactive so I cannot login on my computer. Rubbish, your website is flawed.
Seamless Banking
I bank across several jurisdictions & must say, the ease of navigation coupled with the sense of security of the DBS app is indeed amazing.
Worst banking app ever
Constantly logs you out, cannot turn off endless spam notifications - only limit which channel they spam you to. Some security consultant has ridden roughshod over the customer experience. Over engineered and barely usable. May need to leave the bank as a result.
Used to work. Now doesn’t
Keeps crashing with a garbled message about ascertaining a transaction after completing a transaction. I honestly have no idea what it means. Deleted app and reinstalled it. No change.
DBS app review
I find it very simple to use and easy to transfer money using pay now. Sometimes the log in can be slow / have loading problems but that seems To have been tackled in updates.
Face ID
Wonderful app but would be added security with face ID.. so far been brilliant and works well anywhere around the world. Cheers!

Smooth app, once familiar it’s easy to use. Some tutorials might be recommended for older users.
