The app doesn’t let you connect with camera hence you can’t see any video/pictures. I would have avoid buying this if I knew the app’s performance.

The most third class app I’ve ever used. Honestly would never have bought the product if I would have known about the app before. After the update it’s not getting connected. Always asking to connect to its network via wifi and even after doing it unable to connect in the app. Previously a live screen (with a 2 second lag) used to come when opening the app while driving. After the latest update which I did yesterday, the device is not getting connected by any means.

The app is not connecting with the dashcam since the recent app update. Please fix it.

Most of the time, the app hangs. Need to open & close multiple times before the camera gets connected. Also it doesn't connect with the camera if you have the internet on.

Application not working in Ios

After recent update, not able to start camera on App it shows connect wifi when i am already connected to camera wifi since day 1 of my purchase in 2019….before update if was working well after update not able to see camera.

Even the touch didn’t work

I had a perfectly working dashcam and they pushed a firmware update and it stopped working. Stupid developers don’t even test before rolling out. Would have given ZERO star if it was possible. Worst app ever.

Product is great. But ios app is worst anyone can use. It doesn’t connect very easily. We need to keep clicking, then exiting the app. Then again click open app. Just like monkey show this app works. You need to completely revamp this app. Redesign and make it user friendly. Improve connectivity between app and product seamlessly. Else this app don’t even deserve 0 star just below that.
