1. Cannot play for review file before download. 2. Always lost connection. 3. Downloading video taking too much time (setting for 1minutes interval) Old apps video reviewing more better than new look.

Video recording are upside down flip

Is it need a fix to be push? The video recording was all fine but start from 1st May all recording is upside down flip. Can advise?

App developer is useless. Can’t log in, can’t reset password. Certain words can’t see due to app didn’t respect screen size. Fk this app developer. A 6 year old can do better than this. No longer getting any ddpai product when the app is so useless

Super slow. 10-20 minutes to download 1 video.

Please update. It is unacceptable paying so much but took more than 20mins to download 1 video of duration 1 minute. The waiting is so frustrating. Please fix it. Using z50 gps. Iphone 13pro ios 16.
