The app doesn’t support the camera

The app refuse to comply with EU regulation and forces me to download from the Apple store China region otherwise I can’t use it

No Dutch language settings

No more live image since update, please fix this quickly, this does not make it any better to use. Still NO Dutch language available. Such a shame. 更新後不再有即時影像，請盡快修復此問題，這不會使其更好使用。仍然沒有可用的荷蘭語。太可惜了。 Gēngxīn hòu bù zài yǒu jíshí yǐngxiàng, qǐng jǐnkuài xiūfù cǐ wèntí, zhè bù huì shǐ qí gèng hǎo shǐyòng. Had the developer closed down or what? Still no live view. Makes the dashcam useless.

App is very bad, no live video since update. Dashcam is good tough.. But without a useable app is useless fix your problems DDPAI!

I can’t see life and record viewing anymore.

Fix life view

When there is no live view. Onley a black screen. That is also when I look at the timeline. Fix Live view Turn off mobile data use for the app.

Options of the device all disabled in the app

All options of the ddpai mola n3 are disabled, only you can do is share video en download to device/phone. No dutch language. G-sensor, speed, not possible to create an account. IOS version is too bad, it makes this device a cheap simple camera

Viewing of footage is broken in recent update

Since the last update, it is not possible to use the live preview or see recorded footage. Only a black video is shown. Using the slider to navigate back, shows a small thumbnail of the recorded video, but playing it, is not possible.

Great dashcam but app below par

App is unclear and too complicated. Lack of Dutch language is disappointing. The DDPai MINI 5 camera is great though. It’s high end and deserves dito marketing. Not a childish cat logo and kiddish “DingDingPai” voice.
