Works as advertised

Not gonna lie. It just plain works, I am not a trader I just use it to park some of my savings. Fees are reasonable, platform is always up. I have not had to deal with customer service so can’t say much about it. I have found that their documentation in English has improved a lot which makes it even easier to use for me here in Denmark.

Trustly not working

Not possible to transfer money using Trustly. Hence you are struck with an international bank transfer and the fees associated with that.

Can’t change language

I live in Denmark but I’m not fluent enough to do this activity in Danish. I would like to switch to English

Language suppory

It's really annoying that I cannot use the app in English while living in Denmark.

Under middel

Plus: - overskuelig - lav kurtage ifht andre danske udbydere Minus: - forsinkelse på mange kurser (typisk 15 min) - grænse på +/- 20% på dine køb og salgs ordre, hvilket især er et problem når du også har en forsinkelse på kurser. Så hvis du vil handle med volatile aktier, så brug en anden platform.

Extremly bad platform!

After an update this platform is completely useless. You can’t see graph properly, you can’t see percent growth. Extremely bad update. Waiting my stock to get more up and I will lose down my account. There are so many other good trading platforms like SaxoTraderGO and Nordnet. This platform is crap!

Confusing interface

Confusing and somewhat outdated looking app.

No English

Unable to change the language to English. Customer support didn't help at all on the matter. The only way they advised was to open an account in uk or Ireland and pay currency conversion charges everytime.
