5 stars for the prompt Greek support rep The platform is intuitive but it will be nice to have a saving account like trade republic or interactive brokers
Not for beginners definitely
User interface is confusing. Finding any data you need could be a pain. Exorbitant fees and withdrawals could take more than 4 days.
Easy to use
Quick and user friendly
Be careful you won’t be able to withdraw your money from this app
So I changed the bank account and I can’t withdraw my money because I can’t receive sms, so it is a vicious cycle and the support is helpless, don’t even work with them!!!!
Can’t log in
The app has been working fine until update 2.14.9 After the update I can’t log in to the platform anymore, unless I am missing something here.. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Horrible UI / UX
I had to transfer my portfolio from Trade Republic to Degiro because I moved out of the EU and I’m very unhappy about this switch. Degiro’s UI came straight out of a horror movie, it’s extremely difficult to understand what is happening with my portfolio. Investing was fun, but this app made me lose the will to invest (and live tbh). Full of jargon, pages full of information, overloaded with options, extremely cluttered and chaotic. Not to mention the obsession with acronyms. Actively looking for an alternative in the UK. This app is stuck in 2010 or something and I want out.

Really easy to use. Good information and fair fees, love it
Unable to execute a simple corporate action
DEGIRO were unable to execute the jnj odd lot tender for me and instead of giving me full allocation in the tender as I expected as a small shareholder. I received the general pro rata ratio. This has cost me several 1000eur. Other brokers were able to execute this tender properly and so I will be moving my business elsewhere and recommend others do as well.
