Limited offering of ETFs creates unfair trading landscape

I really want to like them but their platform hasn’t improved in years. I went there originally 7+ years ago because I thought they were a startup and would evolve their tech but no… even though they must make a lot from trades. Doesn’t offer some of the most basic ETFs and the platform is extremely slow at times.

App laadt super traag en is daarom onbruikbaar om mee te handelen.

Doesnt connect

Does not connect when skipping registration with an connection error. Hangs after uploading documents. My connection obviously works writing this review.

Avoid: you will thank me

I try to open an account, I’m not going to get into how difficult, annoying and strange it is to open an account. I sent my documents and they told me to wait for confirmation that all documents checked out, so I closed the app. Two days later they confirmed my documents but when I go to login, the screen shows a loading page that loads forever. So I look for customer support, they have an email option, can’t find a direct chat support. I email asking for help to finish setting up account, but because I don’t have an account, my email is not in the system so they don’t even accept my message asking for help. Can’t understand who is in charge of all this but no way do I trust this app with my money, and neither should you.

Stay away from this app

They take your money and play with it.

Good app but has problems

Good app, but I have problems lately. I don’t see the daily profit/losses on ETF’s I have. Single stocks work, but ETF’s do not.

Startup issues

I very often experience startup issues. After I login the app stays blank and nothing happens. After I restart the app a couple of times I can login again. Very inconvenient.

Needs improvement. Is this for real???

Going through the account creation process has raised doubts as to the validity of this company. The app seems poorly done for a respectable company. - Users must deposit money in order to simply see the app and platform. This is very shady. - Missing language support (a request from users for years). This is not a difficult task, so it concerns me that this financial institution cant/wont introduce it. - Acct creation is slow, screens take a long time to load. - Registration process is unclear with the same questions being asked in different ways again and again and again. - Pressing exit during account creation causes error screen to appear
