Poor, uncommunicative customer service and shady practices. Use a different trading app.

First impression: zero

I can’t use the scan feature to take a picture of my passport, the feature doesn’t work, so I cannot trade

Update

I’m coming back to write a new review: after two years of using this app I still really like it and use it regularly, however there’s no reasonable excuse in this day and age for how slow it takes to transfer money in and out of the account. 2-3 business days?! I can transfer money between my BRITISH bank acc and my AUSTRALIAN bank account in seconds! Why does it take 2-3 days with Degiro?? When they fix this issue I shall return to improve my review.
