Every time I try to open the app after a second it crashes, I tried to delete it and install back but it keeps crashing

I got banned without ever having bought anything, nor sold anything. Tried to make a new account but my device has been banned as well! It says I have violated their terms… never done anything. Don’t you have to check it out before BANNING someone depop?!
Doesn’t work
App hasn’t been working for several months now. Already emailed them about the issue and the told me that they couldn’t fix their own app! Asked me to delete and redownload or check my internet server 🙄
Opinion about Depop
Depop is really good when it comes to find the clothes if your dreams. You would find good deals and pretty much anything you want in terms of clothes. Easy to use and super safe for payments! I definitely recommend!
Not Helping me
This app/website is so unhelpful I bought a jacket for 180 euros I didn’t even received it. I didn’t even got a mail from my order. I send some mails for help but no respond. I just lost my money thanks…
Better then vinted
Easier to buy more and cheaper from one persons closet

Doesn’t show any listings for weeks
When searching for an item it only shows about 5 posts and then nothing anymore. Its been like this for a couple weeks now

i keep trying to redownload etc depop but it still keeps showing nothing i can’t see any pics
Loooots of bugs
It’s like there’s always something wrong with the app. For ages, my activity status has only been updating when I post listings, regardless of what I tried (updating, reinstalling...) I’ve emailed customer support and while they were friendly, the problem was never solved and they never got back to me. Now, I can’t scroll all the way down to the style tags when I post a listing, so I can’t access the bottom row (starts with ‘cute’). The buy-and-sell experience on the app is fine, the app itself is just rather rickety.
