they’ve keep changing the app it’s so hard to keep up with where everything is. also the app crashes a lot and is so slow 😭

The app is great has good clothing just that I would love to use the app if my suspension is taken away.

I order something u cannot find my account to see what I ordered no confirmation nothing

I have been a seller since 2022 on 4 different platforms, and depop has by far been the worst app i have used. When it comes to support, technical issues, shipping issues, etc. Best believe depop comes with it all! You can even get your account suspended for copywright infringement (on photos you took yourself!) and be locked out of your account with no funds even after shipping out the orders! This app has been a living nightmare and when this happens there is no email to reach out to or support via the app, so have fun trying to navigate & even get those funds back when you do contact them! ☺️

I hate this app. I am in debt because this disgusting elusive and vile app. They suspended me for reason no then kept emailing me to refund buyers and when said I can not because I am suspended they took 400 dollars from my account. Because of this I can not pay rent and my children are always hungry. I promise to anybody who is seeing this you will be better off just deleting the app then then trying to make money. I hate Depop.

If I could give this app zero stars I would. There are too many fake sellers and resolution takes an insane 180 days. I decided to delete my account and received an email stating I needed to wait 90 days for that. When I logged back in to see more info, I could not do so because it said the account was suspended. This app is a mess. Stick with poshmark.

Posted a listing of some Chrome hearts hoodies, that are authentic, they said that the hoodies were fake and banned my profile, tried talking to customer service about it but they just don’t care. Team is a bunch of 🐱. Developer said I could get a second chance if I talked to the team, I emailed them and they never got back to me for a mistake on there end

I’ve purchased on the app and never had an issue until recently 2 of my orders were never sent and I never received I messaged the seller and got no answer never got a refund try to open a claim says I can’t. Very disappointing

They don’t stand by their own terms and conditions. Their customer service is respectfully a joke. Don’t expect any help after being sold counterfeit items. They also push and advertise sellers who sell counterfeit items for their own monetary gain.

i purchased something on depop and right after i bought it i got suspended bc of an “counterfit item” i didnt understand why bc the item was real . they said that they couldnt unsuspend me which was crazy. i also never got my item i bought so i tried to get in touch with costumer support where they told me to dispute the charge which you cannot do unless you used paypal , i used cashapp. im not even able to text the seller bc i am suspended and costumer support isnt even doing anything about it .
