I lose a lot of money trough shipping and Depop fees not so great

My account was suspended when I asked for an appeal but they refused. I haven’t done anything and still didn’t want to reactivate my account.

Buyer protection only covers those in the US and UK, so if you use the app in Canada, there is no recourse if someone send you an empty package lies about an item. Doesn’t really give me any confidence to spend my money on the app. Most sellers are also in US or UK and do not offer international shipping.

I absolutely love Depop it gets you cheaper name brands normally around 40 percent off but the reason I only gave it four stars is that when you put a price filter it doesn’t include shipping I do know that some people give shipping based on where you are but it would save me a lot of time and trouble if there was a filter that’s for the shipping costs and the pricing filter that can make it above a certain price since some people price item at one dollar and it’s a link to their own website that could get you a virus so I think if Depop would add that I would definitely give it five stars!

I dont know who decided it was a good idea to merge the offers tab and the messages tab but they must have been on crack. I cant navigate any of it now and don't know where my previous convos/ messages have gone. I don't want to go on a journey to find a convo between me and a seller and vice versa it should be right there organized like how it was in the last update. PLEASE FIX THIS. Please make the layout go back to how it was in the last update!!!!!!!!

despite having been on the app and trying to make an income and doing relatively okay, i unknowingly had posted the link to my website on some posts and was banned entirely from using the app. despite not getting sales from either the website or depop at this point and being in a tough spot financially i was banned from the app multiple times after making a case for myself and trying to appeal. as someone who is in a low income position, i was relying on sales to keep me afloat and had made that clear to depop. unfortunately, they only seem to care about the profit THEY make on your sales rather than the actual seller themselves. despite being an honest person who unknowingly made a mistake, i was not allowed any second chances to have any account. thanks so much for caring.

Depop needs to put in place some kind of system that forces sellers to ship in a reasonable time frame, and at the rate that they originally gave you. 4 times in a row I bought something from US sellers (I live in Canada) and not only will they take like 5 days to try to ship, but on the 5th day they will message me saying that shipping cost some insane amount and they don’t want to pay it and they refund me. It should be their responsibility to set the correct shipping price originally! Depop has become unusable to for me and I will now have to switch to eBay for making purchases.

Seriously have been waiting for this app to become better for THREE YEARS and it’s just been the absolute worst to use. It’s extremely laggy and crashes 24/7, and instead of them trying to fix it, they focus more on boosted listings and HUD updates. I don’t care what the app looks like IF I CANT USE IT. It’s also a joke to ask for an EXTRA 8% on listings that are boosted when the app runs like garbage. Where is that money going? Additionally, you get 0 visibility unless you want to use boosted listings, and on top of that, they don’t even work properly. You’ll see boosted listings beside their original ones or the original listings before you even see the boosted listing sometimes. Also just realized they got rid of the 48-hour sale button, which I thoroughly enjoyed, so add that to another tick in the “why would you do that?” box. Would also love if they somehow made offers binding because I’m tired of receiving offers and never actually seeing any results from them. I put my time into it then don’t get paid. They should be binding or we should be able to turn them off on specific listings. Also, why is my “new from your sellers” at the BOTTOM of an endless page of “recommended for you”?? I don’t care what’s recommended for me, I want to see the people I follow. I miss what Depop used to be. Please at least make it actually function instead of focusing on what it looks like.
