Unresolved Rewards and Poor Customer Support
The game itself is quite enjoyable, and I’ve really liked playing it despite a number of issues. However, it’s plagued by frequent glitches and bugs, which have impacted my experience. On several occasions, I didn’t receive items I paid for, though I did get some dice as compensation. Unfortunately, the situation has escalated; after completing the album, I was supposed to receive a substantial reward of thousands of dice, but nothing has been credited to my account and I saw other users having the same issue. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times over the past few days, as well as on Instagram and Facebook, but haven’t received any response. It’s frustrating to spend money and not get the rewards I’ve earned. Unless I receive the compensation I’m due, I’m seriously considering deleting the game and would not recommend it to others.

Enjoyable
I've been really enjoying this game overall—it's engaging, fun, and has a great concept. The dice rounds are exciting and keep me coming back for more. However, there's a significant issue that detracts from the experience: the constant offers popping up after every dice round when getting not enough to roll the chosen amount. These offers are not only annoying but also disrupt the flow of the game. It would be much better if they appeared only when you first enter the game, rather than intruding every single time.
Good game ruined by pop ups
I don’t need to see 10 different offers when opening the game or when running out of throws. It’s just too much.

Great game BUT…
Many times my game does not save my progress… Many times i have completed some buildings and when i come back the game dont have the ready buildings. I just have coins and part of them stolen by others…
I can’t stop playing this game 😧
