Tournament
Spent my time and all my dice to get to the top of the tournament and didn’t get my rewards. This is the 3rd happened this month in Jan 2025.. just start to top up a little but I think will not in future.. too many bugs and no tech support

Super slow and bad customer service
Seems liked a lot of players who are in the same situation as me. Money spent, tournaments won and no rewards granted. Wrote in a few times but no outcome / updates. And seems like this has been an issues since years ago. This just shows that your technical / developer team is not trying to solve the issue. This is so frustrating and annoying.
No rewards given
Got into the third place in the recent tournament but the prize was not given. Need an answer to this though, not the template replies.
apps reset to level 1
i updated the apps yesterday and when i opened it back, it was reset to level 1 and when i signed back to my account using apple ID it’s not even my name. not sure what is wrong with the game. all progress & purchases just go to waste like that???

Love this game
I simply love this game and play it everyday after 12am!
Not receiving tournament rewards and zero response from support team.
This happens quite often, hope the developer can resolve this.
Glitch
Too many glitch. Referred/invite a friend to get dices but did not receive any.
