Ice credit issue
I play this game all the time the issue that I face is when I win a tounement some times the rewards dnt get credited and when I ask customer support for help they take more then a week to reply I’m still waiting for my rewards of 2 tournaments and a response for costumer support It’s very annoying I had to write a review coz I play this game a lot

Misguided
I had purchased one card for Rs 349/-… but I didn’t get that card I got card which was already… simply I lost my money. Not trustworthy
No rewards on winning the tournament
Hi i won the tournament with 2nd ranking and needed 1 gems which was in that reward to buy the box but haven’t received the rewards also contacted the support no reply its just like when you on the verge of earning big rewards they are not hiving you and just scamming people, they might give me a reward but i think it will be after the gems event ends and till then the gems will be of no use.. even i am the person who is doing in app purchases.. disappointed.

Hanging problem
Today i have updated the game but the game hanging too much in attacks and in steal department.. i have close the game and restart it but the same problem comes again and again please fix the bug otherwise i have to uninstall the app Regards Shivani Jain
