Two times i win in an event and both times the rewards did not credited to my account!! I contact with the support team and they only gave me 45 dice instead of the full reward pf the event! Apparently they are not able to fix the bug and just give you 45 dice to “close” your eyes!! They need improvement in both development and support team! Really disappointed!
Many times is have problem with the buy offers i pay and i dont take the rewards and the last time i pay and pay and pay to finish i quest and i make and the finish this quest and im first and is dont give me the rewards and i speak with this support and again is dont give me. Yesterday I had won tournament, I was 1st and I never received present 3.4 k rolls! I sent to support and i haven’t feedback or my present! Bad game! It want money or you invite your friends all the time!
The time to wait for 5 rolls is too long… it had too be at least the half..

The game keeps crashing and lags (but it is still a wonderful game and enjoyable, I don't hate it, just something that needs to be fixed.
Customer support never replies to messages. They made a game that they want so hard to make money from and can t even help With the basic staff.
