Wenn für ein Dienst solche hohen Abo kosten anfallen ist es nicht tolerierbar wenn wegen Serverstörung der Dienst ausfällt. Dies sollte generell allen Abonnenten zurück vergütet werden müssen.

With all the money Disney has, I’m disappointed the app is not better. 
When I leave the app (not closing it) and come back, it restarts like I just opened it which is really annoying when you watch a series and you just want to answer a message quickly. 
Also often, for absolutely no reasons, I have to log in again instead of just being able to go on the app and watch whatever I want right away.
Lastly, several times, I downloaded episodes in order to watch them offline but I was asked to log in first lol which I could because I didn’t have an internet connection…all these problems make it a real pain in the @ss to use this app, which is a shame because I like the content…

The app has completely stopped working on my device and no update, no reauthentification and no Wifi or VPN route has resolved the issue. I refuse to pay for this service any longer but not event cancelling my subscription now via browser works as „an error“ keeps occurring. Guess I have to wait for the end of my travels until I‘m finally back at a laptop to stop paying for a lousy service I can‘t even use.

Ich war sechs Monate nicht mehr auf Disney+. Heute wieder reingeschaut und war nach zehn Minuten fertig. Das meiste ‘Neue’ sind ältere Filme und Serien, die ich teilweise schon vor Jahren auf Netflix gesehen habe. Für mich bietet Disney+ viel zu wenig echten Mehrwert, besonders für den Schweizer Markt.
