DJI GO 4

I’ve spent two hours trying to connect my drone with the app. It used to work ok. Have read articles, YouTube videos etc and still no luck. Flying a drone should be fun but this is a horrible and frustrating experience. Fail.

I just want to fly my drone. This app is complicated and I could never get it to work. I had to throw a 1k drone into the trash. STAY AWAY!

Crashes while flying leaving you blind while in the air. Have to fly Line of sight to make it back safely

This app is absolutely useless. Does not work on iPad mini 6 and Phantom 4 v1. This is a known issue and DJI refuses to provide a firmware update to the controller. You have been warned.

Continually wants to update, almost every time you use it, then requires a full reconnect with the drone that takes hour to resolve! The last update required a completely new account to be created, (after trying to reuse the original account about 30 times) but even after that, the app then couldn’t connect to the drone, so it’s about as useful as a paperweight! That’s a $2000 Air 2S drone down the drain due to their inept app update, plus about 2 hours taken using multiple devices and several people trying to work around. Absolutely rubbish……does anyone need a drone shaped paperweight?

Worked once then fails constantly. Thankfully have the tv to fly however the quick transfer is neither quick or transferring. Fails every single time after about 3 minutes trying to transfer a single photo. How have I tried to fix: Logged out and back in Deleted all settings Factory reset Deleted app and restored Updated app, aircraft and remote Turned phone off and on.

App now starts to crash when opening editor. Otherwise works fine.

I am trying to create an account and no matter what email or password variation I choose it still doesn’t work and just keeps on refreshing. Cannot use my drone. What a waste of time and money. Will be selling the drone

Rubbish app, sick of purchasing hardware that requires needlessly setting up an account and handing over personal data just to be able to unlock functionality.

I've tried connecting the spark rc remote in multiple iPhone devices, and it never seems to work when trying to connect the drone and the rc controller
